1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale govern the services offered by Empire Rent SARL, including:
- Private chauffeur
- VIP transport
- Airport transfers
- Vehicle rental with chauffeur
- Concierge services
2. Booking
Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, phone, email or any other means of communication offered by Empire Rent SARL.
Any booking is considered confirmed after validation by Empire Rent SARL.
3. Pricing
Prices are communicated before booking confirmation.
Prices may vary according to:
- The type of vehicle
- Distance
- Waiting time
- Times
- Services requested
4. Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Credit / debit card
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Accepted electronic payment methods
5. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible.
Empire Rent SARL reserves the right to charge cancellation fees according to the lead time before the service. For example:
- More than 48 hours before: no fee
- Less than 24 hours before: up to 100% of the amount
Empire Rent SARL reserves the right to require a deposit or full payment before the service.
6. Delays and waiting time
Additional fees may be applied in the event of extended waiting time or significant modification of the originally planned service.
7. Liability
Empire Rent SARL undertakes to provide its services with professionalism and diligence.
The company cannot be held responsible in the event of:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic jams
- Air travel delays
- Force majeure
- Events beyond its control
8. Passenger behavior
Empire Rent SARL reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service in the event of inappropriate, dangerous or disrespectful behavior.
9. Lost items
The company cannot be held responsible for items left behind in vehicles.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the website Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are subject to Swiss law.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
